After logging into your HubLink boat owner account on your iPhone or iPad, you'll see one of the following screens. If you haven't added any vessels yet, you'll see the screen on the left. If you've already added one or more vessels, you'll see the screens on the right.
On the "Add new vessel" screen, you'll see different sections for different types of boat information. Click each section and add information about your vessel from your company's PDF spec sheet.
Only a handful of fields are required, and they're marked with both a red asterisk (*) and a blue background. For your convenience, here's a list of required fields:
It isn't required, but if you'd like to add a PDF spec sheet with your boat entry, there's a field for that. Just click the "PDF Spec Sheet" tab on the "Add new vessel" screen and copy and paste the link to your company's PDF Spec sheet in the field provided.
After you've completed all required fields, you'll see green checkmarks beside each category. Scroll to the bottom of the "Add new vessel" screen and click, "Save." This will add the boat entry to your company account. It's now ready for charter.
To edit a single vessel, simply click "My Vessels" from the navigation menu. Then, click the name of the vessel you'd like to edit.
On the next screen (right), you can set the vessel's availability and view its PDF spec sheet. To reload the editing screen from step two above, click the blue button in the upper right corner of the screen.
